In the ad, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan is all decked up from head to toe in jewellery. She is also wearing an ornate flared salwar and draping a chiffon dupatta from the back. In this attire, she is looking like a Goddess. The name of this jewellery collection is Nimah-Divine.

When Aishwarya Rai Bachchan's first photo of Kalyan Jewellers released, it was highly criticised as people thought that the images were photoshopped. The reason why it was criticised was because Aishwarya looked relatively thin with her chubby cheeks transformed to high cheek bones in those pictures.
