Bollywood
has
evolved
over
the
decades
into
an
industry
which
is
more
demanding.
Critics
are
waiting
for
an
opportunity
to
write
you
off
and
the
continuous
emergence
of
new
talent
means
establishing
yourself
has
never
been
more
difficult.
So,
how
does
a
Bollywood
newbie
view
this
challenge?
“As
a
newcomer,
I
have
to
do
what
I"m
here
to
do.
Put
in
good
performances
onscreen
as
the
audience
needs
to
accept
and
appreciate
you
first.
Critics
are
always
difficult
to
please.
So
stick
to
believing
in
yourself,"
says
Sachiin
Joshi.
“There"s
no
doubt
that
Bollywood
has
changed
a
lot.
The
influence
of
the
West
is
also
quite
profound
in
a
lot
of
our
movies.
We
look
to
spend
a
lot
more
on
special
effects
and
the
overall
packaging
of
the
film.
Consider
Aazaan,
we
spent
a
bomb
on
choreography
and
locations.
But
in
the
end
it
was
worth
it,"
he
continues.
With
a
few
films
already
lined
up
for
2012,
we
ask
Sachiin
if
Hollywood
ever
crosses
his
mind.
“Well
Bollywood
is
being
recognized
on
a
global
level
and
that"s
great
to
see.
So,
why
not?
Maybe
one
day
I"ll
be
seen
opposite
Milla
Jovovich,"
he
cheekily
adds.
If
you
didn"t
know,
Sachiin
is
a
huge
fan
of
the
Resident
Evil
star.
For
the
time
being,
Sachiin
is
enjoying
Bollywood
but
you
can
never
tell
what
the
future
holds.
