Don't compare me with Salman Khan: Akshay Kumar

Akshay Kumar is making a comeback to action with his latest film Rowdy Rathore, but as we all know Salman Khan is the one, who started the trend of larger than life action packed films. With hits like Wanted, Bodyguard and Dabangg, Salman has become the Baap of Action. So, the comparison between Akshay and Salman is inevitable.

When asked Akshay about it at a recent event, Akshay told the media, “Don't compare me with Salman Khan. He is my friend. He does his work and I do my work.” He also said, “We are not horses at Mahalakshmi Race course who are tagged with nos. like 1, 2 or 3.” He further added, “I will do action till the time I die.”

Sonakshi Sinha, who will work opposite Akshay in Rowdy Rathore chose to be on a safer side by saying, “Salman is Dabangg Khan and Akshay is Khiladi.”
