the
1998
black
buck
poaching
case
is
back
to
haunt
the
actors.
According
to
the
reports,
on
Monday,
court
summoned
Salman,
Saif,
Tabu
and
Sonali
Bendre
to
appear
before
it
on
February
4,
2013,
for
charge
framing
in
the
black
buck
poaching
case.
On
17
February
2006,
Khan
was
sentenced
to
one
year
in
prison
for
hunting
the
Chinkara,
in
Bhawad
village,
near
Jodhpur,
on
September
26,
1998,
during
the
shooting
of
the
movie
Hum
Saath
Saath
Hain.
On
10th
April,
2006,
he
was
handed
a
five
year
jail
term
and
remanded
to
Jodhpur
jail
until
13th
April
when
he
was
granted
bail.
A
leading
daily
reported,
Salman
and
his
friends
have
been
charged
under
relevant
sections
of
the
Wildlife
Act,
the
Arms
Act
and
the
IPC.
Reports
say
that
the
trial
will
now
commence
in
the
lower
court
with
the
revised
charges.
