Sanjay Dutt gets seriously injured during Zilla Ghaziabad shooting

Sanjay Dutt was seriously injured while shooting for Zilla Ghaziabad in Mumbai.

Sanjay Dutt was shooting at the Shree Madhusudan Mill at Worli in Mumbai for the climax scene of Zilla Ghaziabad. It was an action sequence and had Arshad Warsi, Vivek Oberoi and Ravi Kishan in the scene.

Sanjay Dutt played a police and had a cable tied to his hands. While jumping from a high floor, the cable slipped upwards to Sanjay Dutt's shoulders. The actor got completely entangled in the cables, thereby peeling the skin of his hand. A huge blood clot was also formed.

Though Sanjay was in pain, he chose to finish with the scene. Speaking to a leading daily, Sanjay Dutt said, “There are blood clots and bruises, but you know the show must go on. I am back on sets."
