Sarah Jane Dias hit by stone during KSKHH promotion

New Delhi: Actress Sarah Jane Dias was hit by a stone at a mall during the promotion of her debut Bollywood film Kyaa Super Kool Hain Hum (KSKHH), which is slated to release this Friday. The former Miss India hurt her lip in the incident. She says that she was 'ashamed' after an unidentified person threw a stone at her.

Sarah Jane Dias took to her Twitter page to express her anguish against the person who threw stone at her. The VJ-turned-actress tweeted, "A stone was thrown at me on stage in Faridabad, it hit and hurt my lip, for the first time in my life, I'm truly ashamed of our people..." She added, "No, I'm not okay but if they were trying to defeat my spirit, it hasn't worked..."

A large number of fans had gathered in Faridabad to catch a glimpse of the starcast of the film, who were supposed to attend an adult party, where they were to perform and interact with fans. A source from the film unit said, "Sarah was unwell since morning. She was not there at any other promotional events but chose to attend this evening only to interact with her fans."

However, Kyaa Super Kool Hain Hum is an adult comedy, which has been directed by Sachin Yardi and is produced by Ekta Kapoor. Along with Neha Sharma, Sarah Jane Dias is female lead alongside actors Riteish Deshmukh and Tusshar Kapoor in the film, which will hit theatres on July 27.
