Shahid Kapoor-Karan Johar unity after seven years?

Its a dream come true for an actor to work with Karan Johar. But an unfortunate Shahid Kapoor has lost his golden chance to chase his dream project with Dharma Productions due to clash of dates and he hopes that it does not take another seven years for Karan to offer him another movie.

Shahid was exteremely excited to work with Karan Johar. But the story took a turn where thing fell flat after filmmaker Maneesh Sharma suffered a slip disc. Shahid, who is acting in Sharma's next untitled film, had to push all his dates for the ill director.

Since the actor earlier committed for Maneesh Sharma's film, he had no other option except to walk out of KJo's movie. Even earlier when Shahid was offered Dharma Production's Kaal, the actor couldn't do it for some unknown reason. We wish Shahid gets a chance to work with his dream director cum producer Karan soon.
