Jaipur:
Superstar
Shahrukh
Khan
has
been
in
the
news
for
all
the
wrong
reasons.
Khan
has
been
entrapped
in
legal
hassle
after
he
was
spotted
smoking
in
public
at
Sawaai
Man
Singh
Stadium,
Jaipur.
But,
a
smart
SRK
escaped
with
a
paltry
fine
of
Rs
100,
after
having
pleaded
guilty
before
a
Jaipur
court.
Disposing
of
the
matter,
Additional
Chief
Judicial
Magistrate
SC
Godara,
Jaipur
City,
allowed
Khan
to
deposit
the
fine
through
his
counsel.
Shahrukh
was
summoned
by
the
court
in
May
on
a
complaint
that
he
was
seen
smoking
on
April
8
during
a
match
between
his
team
and
Rajasthan
Royals
at
Sawai
Man
Singh
Stadium.
But,
the
actor
had
pleaded
guilty
and
expressed
his
willingness
to
pay
fine
before
the
court,
which
had
also
allowed
him
exemption
from
personal
appearance.
In
fact,
recently,
Ranbir
Kapoor
too
has
been
summoned
by
an
Udaipur
court
for
smoking
in
public.
A
legal
complaint
was
filed
against
Kapoor,
who
was
spotted
smoking
on
the
sets
of
his
latest
film
Yeh
Jawani
Hai
Deewani.
But
later,
Ranbir
cleared
his
stand
after
he
told
a
local
court
through
his
lawyer
that
he
was
only
shooting
for
a
scene
for
one
of
his
films
and
not
smoking
in
'real.'
