Sinha
was
admitted
to
the
Kokilaben
hospital
in
suburban
Andheri
in
Mumbai
following
respiratory
disorder.
The
doctors
attending
on
him
said
that
the
66-year-old
actor-turned-politician
was
rushed
to
the
hospital
on
Monday
afternoon
after
he
complained
of
breathlessness
due
to
some
ongoing
paint
work
at
his
residence.
Talking
to
the
PTI,
Dr
Ram
Narain
of
the
Kokilaben
hospital
said,
"He
came
to
the
hospital
complaining
of
breathing
problems.
He
had
allergic
respiratory
disorder.
He
was
given
appropriate
treatment
and
is
stable
now."
Shatrughan
Sinha
is
now
stable
and
responding
to
the
medical
treatment.
The
doctors
say
that
the
former
BJP
minister
will
spend
the
night
in
the
hospital
and
a
decision
on
when
to
discharge
him
will
be
taken
today.
He
is
likely
to
be
discharged
from
the
hospital
today.
However,
Shatrughan
Sinha
started
his
acting
career
with
the
movie
Sajan
in
1969.
So
far,
he
has
appeared
in
nearly
200
films.
He
was
last
seen
in
Ram
Gopal
Varma's
multi-lingual
movie
Rakta
Charitra.
He
has
been
honoured
with
several
awards
like
Filmfare,
Stardust
and
Zee
Cine
Awards.
