After condom, Sunny Leone to endorse mobile phones

It seems that everybody in India wants to cash in on Sunny Leone's popularity. After signing a deal with Manforce condoms, Sunny Leone is all set to endorse a mobile brand.

Chaze, one of the latest entrants into the Indian cellular handset industry, has signed porn star Sunny Leone as their brand ambassador.

Sunny Leone said in the press release, "I am very excited to be associated with such a young and vibrant brand like Chaze. I chose to associate with 'Brand Chaze' because I am really impressed by Chaze's ideology of bringing out mobile technology for the masses and personally feel connected with their vision."

Sunny, who is very excited to shoot the ad further added, "This is my first TVC for any Indian brand and I am very charged up shooting for it. I am confident that the masses would like using the Chaze range of phones as it is very trendy to look at and offers true value for money."

It's strange that a porn star is endorsing a mobile brand in India and nobody is raising a question over it. At the same time, when it came to telecasting Vidya Balan's The Dirty Picture on Television, a lawyer filed a petition to impose a ban on its telecast on the ground that there were obscene shots in the film. The Information and Broadcast Ministry hence ordered Sony TV to air the film only after 11 pm...even after 59 cuts!
