As
an
actress,
Vidya
Balan
has
gone
through
different
phase
of
her
career
before
she
became
the
best
actress
of
the
Bollywood.
The
Malayali
girl,
who
has
won
National
Awards
consecutive
years,
says
that
size
zero
does
not
matter
for
her
and
there
has
been
no
acceptable
body
type
for
woman.
Talking
to
Times
Of
India
on
the
eve
of
Women's
Day,
Vidya
Balan
said,
“As
women
we
are
constantly
criticising
and
judging
ourselves
in
terms
of
our
body,
how
we
dress,
what
profession
we
take
up,
how
we
fare
in
that.
Indian
women
are
gifted
with
certain
body
types
and
features
which
is
healthy
and
we
should
accept
that.”
The
Dirty
Picture
star
added,
“Size
zero
doesn't
matter
For
me
there
has
been
no
acceptable
body
type.
Look
at
actors
of
yesteryears
like
Mumtaz,
Rekhaji...
everyone
had
their
individual
style.
One
should
celebrate
one's
own
self
the
way
you
are.
And
when
you
accept
yourself,
everyone
accepts
you.”
However,
Vidya
Balan
is
all
set
to
release
her
upcoming
movie
Kahaani
this
Friday.
The
actress,
who
has
received
lot
of
accolades
for
glorifying
woman's
roles,
is
playing
a
seven
months
pregnant
woman
in
the
film,
who
has
come
in
search
of
missing
husband
in
Kolkata.
She
has
hopes
that
Kahaani
would
set
new
records
in
the
history
of
Indian
cinema.
