Vidya Balan took lot of time to accept Sujoy Ghosh's Kahaani

Actress Vidya Balan, who is basking on the success of her film The Dirty Picture, has revealed that she took a lot of time to zero on to Sujoy Ghosh's upcoming movie Kahaani. The Mallu girl has all praise for the director for his patience and his hard work in creating a wonderful script.

Vidya Balan was recently at Radio Mirchi to promote her movie Kahaani, which is scheduled to release on March 9. Talking to the media, the actress said that Sujoy Ghosh first approached her with a script, which she did not like. Later, he came with a lot of ideas to her.

The Dirty Picture star added that she liked the idea of the movie Kahaani and gave him a green signal to develop the script. Vidya Balan further said that after Parineeta, this happens to be the most special project for her because she is associated all the activities of filmmaking right from scripting to locations.

However, Kahaani revolves around a pregnant woman, who comes to Kolkata in search of her missing husband. Vidya Balan is playing the lead woman. The specialty of her role is that she appears with a baby bump throughout the movie. She hopes that this will beat the Box Office records of The Dirty Picture.
