Why do people want to see movies like Jism, Murder?

Bollywood filmmaker Mahesh Bhatt never shy away to speak or portray bold and unusual topics in his movies. Mahesh Bhatt is a bold director who shows the reality in his films, due to which he gets widely criticised.

Talking about the reality, Bhatt explained the reason for making seductive films like Jism, Zeher and Murder. He said that people loves to see such films, since they show lots of sexual acts in it. Hence, such films make money, despite being criticised. So, in short does Mr Bhatt mean that sex sells?

In fact, slamming the Indians, Bhatt feels that Indians tend to pretend a lot, since they watch porn movies in secret, but they shy away to watch the same in films.
