Amitabh Bachchan is all praise for Bollywood movies. Recently, Big B watched Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Ram Leela thrice. He had sent gifts to Deepika Padukone and Richa Chaddha, praising their work in Ram Leela. Now, it is reported that Big B watched bits of Happy New Year (HNY).

Amitabh Bachchan gave a visit to the sets of Happy New Year, the shooting of which was taking place in Mehboob Studios. Big B was also shooting on the same sets for Bhoothnath 2. Bhoothnath 2 (Bhootnath Returns) is a sequel to Bhoothnath (2008).

Big B recalled his good old days and shared fun moments with Shahrukh Khan and Abhishek Bachchan, the cast of HNY. Big B posted on his blog, "Farah Khan and Shah Rukh show me some rushes of 'Happy New Year' and it looks so grand and big and exciting and lots of fun."

Farah Khan's HNY, which is all set to release next year, features Shahrukh Khan, Boman Irani, Abhishek Bachchan and Deepika Padukone.

Big B remembered the days when two-three films shoots happened simultaneously at the same location quite often. He wrote on micro-blogging site, "Shooting at Mehboob Studio for 'Bhootnath Returns' and also shooting at other floor 'Happy New Year'... Shah Rukh, Abhishek, Boman Irani, Sonu Sood, Farah Khan."

Farah Khan Tweets; Big B Cherishes Old Days

Farah Khan tweeted with a Picture, "Verrrry distinguished guest on our set of #HNY..@SrBachchan.. Groupies r we !"

Amitabh Bahchan wrote on micro-blogging site, "Lunching out in the open, PS4 play station and football in SRK's van... idle gossip, camaraderie... felt like the good ol' days when this happened so often, when two or three units shot at the same location."

Shilpa-Raj’s Fourth Marriage Anniversary

Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty and Raj Kundra completed four years of marital bliss this Friday (Nov 22). Shilpa and Raj married in 2009 and they are blessed with a son named Viaan.

Shilpa took to Twitter, "Happy Anniversary Raj Kundra. Four years today. The good thing is...don't even know how they've gone by. You are my soulmate. Thank you for being YOU."

Raj, thanked his wellwishers for the wishes. He tweeted, "Blessed with a gorgeous wife and it's been four blissful years. Amazing how time flies so fast."

Nawazuddin in Salman’s Kick

Nawazuddin Siddiqui is all set to step into commercial films with Sajid Nadiadwala's Kick. It is said that Nawazuddin will be playing a powerful role in the movie where he will be sharing screen space with Salman Khan.

Deepika Padukone's Badminton Challenge

Deepika Padukone, daughter of former India badminton great Prakash Padukone, says that all her co-stars, be it Shahrukh Khan or Ranbir Kapoor, who have challenged her to a game, lost!

While shooting an episode of UTV Stars' Breakfast to Dinner, Deepika added, "A couple of years ago, Aamir, my dad and I played a game of badminton because Aamir loves playing badminton. He's very, very good at it."

Hrithik Launches Lifestyle Brand HRX

Hrithik Roshan teamed up with online shopping portal Myntra.com and exclusively launched his active lifestyle apparel and casual wear brand HRX.

Hrithik was quoted by IANS as saying, "Partnering with Myntra.com to launch HRX was the opportune decision as they are in-sync with our philosophy and effortlessly helped in creating the brand, just as I visualized."

Sunny Deol On His Dad’s Films

Sunny Deol's movie, Singh Saab The Great, got released this Friday (Nov 22) which got good reviews. He says his father Dharmendra's films are "iconic" and cannot be remade.

Speaking to IANS, when Sunny was asked if he'd like to join the remake brigade, he said, "I wouldn't do it for any other reason because dad's films have been such iconic films." He added that his father's film have magic in them. We should just see and appreciate them. He concluded by saying, "You can pick up an idea from them, but can't remake. I can't remake his films as they are iconic."
