David Dhawan proud of son Varun Dhawan

Filmmaker David Dhawan, who has been a very big name in the Bollywood industry, said that he is very proud for his younger son Varun Dhawan, who made his debut with Student Of The Year.

Talking to the IANS, David Dhawan said, "Its payback time I would say with Varun's entry into showbiz. After working so hard in the industry, I am glad the industry has accepted my son. It's the initial stage and the way they have welcomed him nothing like it. I am extremely proud of Varun."

David Dhawan's upcoming movie Chashme Baddoor, that features Siddharth, Ali Zafar and Tapsee Pannu, is a remake of the 1981 film of the same name. Dhawan, who is busy promoting his film these days, said that he hasn't touched the soul of the flick.
