Writer-director
Vijay
Krishna
Acharya
promises
high-octane
action
in
Dhoom
3,
which
releases
Friday,
but
he
said
that
the
stunts
in
the
film
were
made
with
a
degree
of
credibility.
"The
Dhoom
franchise
is
known
for
its
action
and
the
expectations
we
had
as
the
makers
was
to
up
the
ante.
While
the
action
in
the
film
is
fairly
spectacular,
at
the
same
time
it
has
been
made
with
a
sense
of
believability
for
the
world
of
viewers," Acharya
told
reporters
here
Tuesday.
The
film
is
already
being
lauded
for
the
stunts
featured
in
the
trailer
and
especially
the
bike
scenes
featuring
Aamir
Khan.
"We
did
the
India
action
with
our
Indian
action
director
but
most
of
the
action
sequences
were
done
in
Chicago
and
that
was
handled
by
Hollywood
stunt
man
Conrad
Palmisano.
The
entire
stunt
team
was
from
LA
because
we
needed
professionals,"
he
added.
Acharya
had
penned
the
story
for
the
first
two
parts
in
the
franchise.
Aamir
Khan
and
Katrina
Kaif
are
the
new
entrants
to
the
Dhoom
franchise,
which
also
features
Abhishek
Bachchan
and
Ali
Akbar
in
important
roles.
Dhoom
3
will
hit
the
theatres
on
December
20th.
When
quizzed
about
the
importance
of
Dhoom
3
for
him,
Aamir
Khan
gushed,
"I
think
for
me
every
film
is
important.
All
the
films
I
do
are
equally
important
to
me.
I
treat
all
my
films
equally
and
I
really
love
my
work.
When
I
do
a
film
I
join
the
process
which
is
as
important
to
me
as
the
outcome."
