her

that
she

who

independent

makers,
lawyers,
doctors

The
actress,
who
is
a
fitness
freak
is
currently
writing
a
book
on
fitness.
"It's
about
my
approach
to
nutrition
and
fitness.
It
brings
a
perspective
that
why
are
we
becoming
a
nation
of
unfit
people.
My
philosophy
is
that
I
don't
go
by
the
weighing
scale
since
I
believe
in
being
structurally
fit.
I
have
a
pair
of
jeans
from
when
I
was
18.
I,
from
time
to
time,
try
those
on.
If
I'm
fitting
into
them,
I
think
I
am
doing
fine," the
34-year-old
said.
The
actress

to

road
trip
last
month

workout

weeks."
The
actress
who
exercises
regularly
said,
"It's
always
a
challenge
and

struggle
to
resume
an
exercise
regimen
after
a
break,
despite
the
best
of
intentions."
Gul
Panag,
who
usually
does
offbeat
films
says
that
she
always
tries
to
maintain
continuity
in
exercise.
"Psychologically
it
keeps
me
on
the
wagon.
And
if
and
when,
one
does
fall
off
the
wagon-
must
fight
to
get
back
on
ASAP.
Not
resign
to
it
and
keep
indulging,
sucked
into
vicious
cycle,"
