Bollywood Snippets: Hrithik-Sussanne’s Split, Sanjay Khan Speaks Up; More Of B-News
Lot was speculated by the media regarding Hrithik and Sussanne's separation. It all started during Kites, when rumours started doing the rounds about Hrithik Roshan dating Barbara Mori. But as all rumours does, this also vanished in air. Even few months before Sussanne's early exit from Rakesh Roshan's birthday bash was suspicious, but Hrithik and his family rubbished the rumours. Now, Hrithik announced sad news of his separation from his love Sussanne Roshan, which has shocked everyone.
Sussane's father, actor-filmmaker Sanjay Khan speaks up on Hrithik-Sussanne's split. He said that his daughter Sussanne and son-in-law Hrithik Roshan's separation was not a "closure" and the couple needed some space to resolve their issues.
Sanjay Khan told PTI that like any other normal couple, Hrithik-Sussanne also have some issues. Just because Hrithik is a superstar, it doesn't mean he will not have personal issues. They both are intelligent and wonderful people. It's just that they need space.
He added, "Of course this is not a closure. They respect each other. To resolve issues, may be this is what they thought was good."
Hrithik Roshan announced separation from Sussanne, yesterday (13 December). He said in a statement, "Sussanne has decided to separate from me and end our 17-year relationship (13 years of marriage). This is a very trying time for the entire family."

Hrithik was quoted as saying, "I request the media and the people to grant us our privacy at this time. I do not wish this news to disempower my fans and the people about the institution of marriage in any way. I am a firm believer in this institution and respect and honour it at the highest level."

Hrithik took his Facebook page, "This is my greatest tribute to love. Sussanne is and always will be the love of my life for the rest of my life." He added, "If her smiles are brighter without me, my love for her must accomplish that. Unconditional. This is my greatest tribute to love. Sussanne is and always will be the love of my life for the rest of my life."
Unwell Shahrukh In Jackpot Premiere
Superstar Shahrukh Khan, though was suffering from high fever, attended Sachin Joshi-Sunny Leone's Jackpot premiere. Shahrukh said that he asked Sachin to act in his film, but he wanted to work on his own independent films and he respects this decision. Sachin praised Shahrukh by saying the SRK is the biggest star ever.
The star-studded event was attended by leading stars of Jackpot, Sunny and Sachin. Sohail Khan, Sudhir Mishra, Bunty Walia, Urvashi Sharma Joshi, Manu Rishi, Shabina Khan, Kanchi Kaul, Shabbir Ahluwalia and Makarand Deshpande were other celebs who made it to the event.

Baadshah of Bollywood, Shahrukh Khan who is busy shooting Farah Khan's Happy New Year, says that the best time to meet him for anyone is in the morning.
He tweeted, "Best time to meet me is morning...I pay a lot of compliments then. My eyes take a while to adjust to the reality through the haze."

Amitabh Bachchan, who is busy shooting for his film Bhootnath Returns and other projects, took to his blog and talked about the importance of laughter in life. He said that laughter is the food of love to remove stress.
He posted, "Laughter is indeed the food of love...of the removal of stress and the expression of one that may have been oppressed, now liberated."
Anurag Doesn’t Like To Talk About Personal Life In Public
Director Anurag Kashyap, whose marriage to actress Kalki Koechlin is in trouble, was questioned by reporters in the trailer launch of Hasee Toh Phasee if everything was fine in his marriage. For which he said he doesn't like to speak about personal life in public.
He was quoted as saying, "I don't think this is the platform to talk about it. I would not like to talk about my personal life at a public platform."
Kashyap's company is one of the producers of Hasee Toh Phasee, which is a romantic comedy. The movie which stars Parineeti Chopra and Siddhart Malhotra, will hit the theatres in February.
Amit-Taapsee On Running Shaadi.com
The shooting of Shoojit Sircar's Running Shaadi.com, starring Amit Sadh and Taapsee Pannu has been completed. The movie revolves around a website which helps people elope and get married. The film will release mid next year.
Amit said that it was fabulous experience with like-minded people coming together and hoped that audience would have fun watching the movie as they did making the film. Even Taapsee shared her experience of doing the movie. She said she can't wait to watch the ready film on the big screen.
