Jiah Khan’s funeral to be held at Juhu cemetery today

Late actress Jiah Khan's last rites will take place today afternoon, at the Juhu kabristan (cemetery). Jiah committed suicide on Monday night, by hanging herself at her apartment. As per the reports, the actress took the extreme step, in the absence of her mother and sister.

Reportedly, some Bollywood stars are expected to attend Jiah's funeral. Jiah's family friend Aamir Khan and his wife Kiran Rao Khan visited the actress' residence (Sagar Sangeet Apartments) to pay condolences to the grief-stricken family.

According to Jiah Khan's mother, she was upset since an audition in Hyderabad on Sunday in which she could not do well and after coming back, Jiah told her mother that she did not feel that her Bollywood career is moving forward. Reports further say that Jiah wanted to quit Bollywood and switch to interior designing. It is said that Jiah's sinking Bollywood career might have led to her depression and finally led to her death.
