Kareena Kapoor Reveals Her First Marriage Anniversary Plans With Hubby Saif!

It's been a year of togetherness for one of the hottest couple in B-Town - Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor Khan. As per reports, Saifeena will be celebrating their first wedding anniversary in London on October 16.

As per a leading daily, Saif Ali Khan has been shooting for his film in London, for almost a month now. And, Kareena Kapoor will be flying to the UK to celebrate her first wedding anniversary with hubby Saif Ali Khan. "I'm flying there to be with him on our first anniversary," Kareena told the daily.

Talking about the surprise gift, Kareena Kapoor said that it could be a designer watch or something even more expensive. The actress refrained from discussing about her surprise gift. "It could be a designer watch or something even more expensive and personal,'' Bebo said.

Saif and Kareena got married last year, after five years of courtship. Saifeena's wedding took place at Saif's Bandra residence in Mumbai last year. It was a registered marriage, after which the couple exchanged vows at a Mumbai Hotel and hosted a post-wedding party attended by family, friends and who's who from Bollywood.
