Bollywood actress Kareena Kapoor is back from her London trip, where she had reportedly celebrated her 33rd birthday with hubby Saif Ali Khan. Bebo was recently spotted at the Mumbai airport, while returning from London, but she was seen all alone. Surprisingly, hubby Saif was not accompanying Kareena during their return.

This year, it was a special birthday for Kareena Kapoor, after all, it was her first B-Day celebration post marriage with Saif. Reportedly, Saif Ali Khan celebrated wife Bebo's birthday with some of their close friends and it was a very private affair. But, things did not end in birthday celebrations only. Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor had also attended a charity auction in London organized by the Pataudi family to raise funds for the new Tiger Eye Hospital.
