Mumbai: John Abraham is on cloud nine after the success of Shootout At Wadala. Recently, John Abraham, Anil Kapoor, Tusshar Kapoor, Kangna Ranaut along with the cast and crew of Shootout At Wadala, celebrated the Box Office success of the film.
Shootout At Wadala is the sequel of 2007 film Shootout at Lokhandwala. The film is about the first ever encounter done by Mumbai police of Gangster Manya Surve. John played the role of Manya in the movie and was loved by the critics for his brilliant performance in the film.
John Abraham said in an interview that when he read the script of the movie, he said no as he was not convinced that he can do the role of Manya. But at the same time, he realised that this role can be the highlight of his career. So he decided to take up the challenge.
