Denying
reports
that
his
upcoming
film
Satyagraha
is
based
on
Anna
Hazare's
Lokpal
Bill
movement,
noted
film
director
Prakash
Jha
said
that
the
movie
shows
discontent
among
today's
youth.
"The
film
is
not
based
on
Anna
Hazare's
movement,
but
there
may
be
few
similarities
between
it
and
the
Lokpal
agitation.
The
movie
is
about
the
problems
faced
by
youths
and
their
thinking," Jha
told
the
PTI.
"Satyagarha
is
an
expression
of
youth's
discontentment
despite
their
expectations
of
a
clean
system,
good
politics
and
better
life,
the
system
is
unable
to
fulfil
their
aspirations.
The
film
attempts
to
highlight
these
shortcomings," Jha
added.
The
film
would
hit
the
screens
by
August
15.
Jha
said
that
he
is
fond
of
Bhopal
and
Satyagraha
is
his
fourth
film
shot
in
this
city.
"It
has
given
an
opportunity
to
a
number
of
local
artists
to
play
a
role
in
the
film," said
the
director,
who
made
films
like
Gangaajal,
Apaharan,
Raajneeti
and
Aarakshan.
Bachchan,
who
is
busy
with
shoot
in
Bhopal,
missed
his
wife
Jaya
Bachchan's
birthday
yesterday
but
he
said
it
has
happened
a
lot
of
times
that
the
couple
are
apart
due
to
busy
schedules.
"Many
a
times
it
happens
that
because
of
the
busy
schedule,
we
are
unable
to
meet
each
other
on
important
occasions.
She
used
to
come
to
the
shooting
place
on
such
occasions,
but
this
time
because
of
certain
things,
she
was
unable
to
come,
but
we
will
meet
soon," Big
B
said.
"It
is
not
just
because
it
is
my
in-laws'
place,
but
unlike
other
cities,
people
here
are
very
warm
and
loving.
I
have
been
praising
this
city
everyday
on
my
blog,"
he
added.
