reportedly
donated
Rs

Million
to
build
a
cancer
ward
in
a
suburban
hospital
in
Mumbai
in
the
memory
of
her

Her
father,
Ashok
Chopra
passed
away
a
few
months
back
and
this
was
a
a
big
loss
for
PC
as
she
was
very
close
her
dad.
This
sad
demise
took
place
in
the
month
of
June.
Priyanka's
father
died
due
to
cancer.
So,
now
the
actress
is
up
to
help
out
a
lot
of
other
patients
who
are
suffering
from
this
same
disease
by

In
a
recent
interview,

revealed
that
she
has
not
yet
dealt
with
the
loss
and
she
does
not
like
to
talk
much
about
her
dad
yet.
This
donation
is
a
big
step
from
Priyanka
Chopra.
It
shows
that
she
is
coming
to
terms
with
her
dear
daddy's
death
and
she
wants
to
help
cancer
patients
in
her
father's
name.
We
hear
that
the
31-year-old
actress
will
also
be
present
to
inaugurate
the
hospital.
The
hospital's
spokesperson
has
told
us
that
they
will
be
inaugurating
a
particular
ward
in
the
name
and
memory
of
the
late
Dr
Ashok
Chopra
who
was
a
physician
for
the
Indian
Army.
