2002 Hit-And-Run Case: Salman's Hearing Gets Postponed

Bollywood superstar Salman Khan gets lucky again. According to the latest reports, Salman's court hearing in connection with the 2002 Hit-And-Run Case got postponed. Reportedly, the hearing got postponed as the judge in charge of the hearing, got transferred.

Initial reports claimed that the Mumbai Sessions Court was likely to frame charges against Salman today (24th July, 2013) in connection with the 11 year old hit-and-run case. After rejecting the actor's plea last month, the court was supposed to decide today whether the actor should be tried for culpable homicide not amounting to murder.

Reportedly, Salman Khan, who supposed to leave for London for his movie Kick's shooting, had to stay back for the court hearing. But now we hear that Salman might leave for London, along with Jacqueline Fernandez, since the hearing got postponed. We also hear that Salman might get a breather from the case until a new judge gets appointed in the court, who will look into the case.
