In
the
recent
past,
we
have
seen
that
Salman
Khan
has
brought
to
us
quite
a
few
mass
entertainer
movies.
His
masala
movies
such
as
Wanted,
Ready
and
Dabangg
have
worked
wonders
with
the
audiences.
However,
Salman
now
feels
that
this
genre
of
films
will
die
down
eventually
as
they
are
being
overdone.
This
space
will
die
totally.
I
think
this
was
a
beautiful
format
where
we
had
films
like
Wanted,
Dabangg
etc.
Now
everybody
has
overdone
it
so
much
that
it
might
die
away.
These
kinds
of
films
are
popular
but
the
creativity
is
becoming
less.
It
seems
the
same
stuff
is
happening
(every
time
in
these
films).
I
don't
know
which
genre
will
click
now," Salman
said
in
an
interview.
"The
whole
thing
where
one
person
beats
up
50
people
(who
fly
around)
will
remain
as
this
is
part
of
our
cinema.
But
there
is
a
reason
why
and
how
he
is
beating.
Now,
the
way
action
is
done
will
change,"
he
added.
Although
Salman
has
a
valid
point,
we
really
don't
know
what
the
audiences
really
want.
We
recently
saw
the
tremendous
response
that
Shahrukh
Khan's
Chennai
Express
received.
With
this
film,
it
was
pretty
evident
that
people
are
still
crazy
for
such
mass
entertainers.
Even
in
the
month
of
October,
we
have
two
big
masala
entertainers
-
Ranbir
Kapoor's
Besharam
and
Akshay
Kumar's
Boss.
The
movies
lined
up
for
Salman
right
now
are
Jai
Ho
and
Kick.
When
asked
about
these
two
films,
Salman
said,
"
Jai
Ho
will
be
different
kind
of
film
altogether.
It
has
all
the
ingredients
-
drama,
emotion
etc.
Kick
is
also
a
different
film.
Again,
Sooraj
Pancholi
(filmmaker)
asked
me
to
do
a
film
for
them,
he
gave
me
the
idea
and
I
loved
it.
It
was
a
great
script
I
had
not
worked
with
him
since
long".
His
statements
about
mass
entertainers
make
us
wonder
if
he
will
stop
acting
in
such
films.
We
also
know
that
he
has
a
crazy
fan
following
and
they
would
love
to
see
him
entertain
them.
As
of
now,
we
surely
his
upcoming
film
is
a
masala
entertainer.
Do
come
back
for
more
updates
on
his
upcoming
movies.
