I was unaware of Jiah Khan-Suraj Pancholi's affair, says Salman Khan

Superstar Salman Khan is hurt and upset over the fact that his name has been unnecessarily being dragged into Jiah Khan's suicide case.

Salman Khan recently broke his silence on Jiah Khan and Suraj Pancholi's affair and told a leading daily that he was not even aware of Suraj and Jiah's relationship. In fact, the actor got to know about their affair through a news magazine.

Salman Khan also clarifies that Suraj's father Aditya Pancholi never asked Salman to interfere in Suraj's personal matters. The superstar said that he has sympathy for Jiah Khan's mother, who has lost a young daughter, but at the same time he finds all the allegations on him ridiculous.

Few days back, Jiah Khan's mother Rabia Amin Khan told the media that Aditya Pancholi had asked Salman Khan to talk to Suraj about leaving Jiah. Rabia said, "He (Aditya Pancholi) even told Salman Khan about it (Jiah and Suraj's relationship), who tried to talk Suraj out of it. But Suraj told him that he loved Jiah and Salman was then cool about it."
