Kareena Kapoor's Ex-Boyfriend Shahid Kapoor All Set For Marriage!

After dating some of the gorgeous women of the tinselville, actor Shahid Kapoor is now on a hunt for an ideal life partner from Punjab. As per the reports, Shahid's father Pankaj Kapur wants his son to settle down with a homely, punjabi girl. Hence, he's been on a hunt for a beautiful punjabi bride for his handsome son.

According to a leading daily, Pankaj Kapoor has been making quite a few visits to Punjab offlate. Sources informed that the Senior Kapur is looking for an ideal wife for Shahid and wants him to get married within a year. Shahid Kapoor is 32-year-old now. And like any other father, Pankaj Kapur too is quite concerned about his son's marriage. "Pankaj is really concerned. He is keen to find a nice homely girl for his son," the source informed the daily.

On the other hand, Pankaj Kapur told the daily that he's not actively looking out for a bride for Shahid. "I am not actively looking out for a match for him. I will whole-heartedly support his choice of a partner," the actor said. Also, it is believed that Shahid doesn't mind going for an arranged marriage, and has full confidence and faith in his father's choice of bride.

Shahid Kapoor had once dated Kareena Kapoor, who is now married to actor Saif Ali Khan. Later on, Shahid got romantically linked-up with actresses like Vidya Balan and Amrita Rao. He was also believed to be in a strong relationship with Priyanka Chopra, with whom he broke up a few years back.
