Shahrukh, Karan Johar receive a breather from Patna High Court!

A while ago, an FIR was issued against Shahrukh Khan, Gauri Khan and Karan Johar for allegedly offending religious sentiments by depicting the Hindu goddess Radha in an inappropriate manner in the song 'Radha' from Student of the Year. According to the latest reports, the stars have received a stay order over the criminal proceedings.

A leading website informed that Justice Gopal Prasad of the Patna High Court has passed an order staying the criminal proceedings against Shahrukh, Gauri and Karan Johar. Reportedly, the FIR lodged against the team by Sudhir Kumar Ojha in Muzaffarpur, has been asked to file a reply in response to the stay over the matter.

The movie Student Of The Year was released by Karan Johar, and was co-produced by SRK's Red Chillies Entertainment and Karan's Dharma Productions. The song 'Radha' starred Alia Bhatt, Siddharth Malhotra and Varun Dhawan.
