SRK Makes Fun Of Tarun Tejpal

We all know Shahrukh Khan for his witty and humorous charms. The actor apparently made remarks about Tarun Tejpal who is the founder and editor of Tehelka. Tehelka is an Indian news organisation mainly known for its investigative journalism, which involved sting operations.

Tarun has been accused for sexually assaulting his junior colleague in a lift of a hotel room. This was a very serious matter and when Shahrukh made his remarks at first the audience weren't really sure on how to react but ended up bursting into laughters. Tarun is currently in police custody in Goa.

SRK apparently made his remarks in an event which was hosted by a news channel in New Delhi where Priyanka Chopra and Aamir Khan also attended. The witty actor answered his questions very calmly and when the interviewer asked SRK to deliver some romantic lines Shahrukh mouthed ‘Jab Tak Hai Jaan' to the interviewer. He asked her whether she is married, she said yes and he instantly said hope her husband is not watching the show. King Khan then said to her he would like to romance her somewhere outside the venue but definitely not in a lift.

SRK took a pause and then said "No... no you are a journalist, not in a lift."

He even went ahead and told that Adnan Sami song 'Lift Kara De' has a new meaning. An insider revealed that there was a moment of silence where audience were not sure how to react to the situation as it is a sensitive case. However the audience decided to take it as a joke and burst out laughing.
