Suraj Pancholi not responsible for Jiah Khan's suicide

The
Bombay
High
Court
has
released
Suraj
Pancholi
on
bail
recently,
saying
that
Suraj
cannot
be
blamed
solely
for
actress
Jiah
Khan's
suicide.
However,
the
court
has
asked
Suraj
to
pay
a
surety
of
Rs.
50,000
and
to
surrender
his
passport.
Not
only
this,
reports
further
say
that
Suraj
will
have
to
report
to
Juhu
Police
station
every
alternate
day.
Talking
about
Jiah
Khan's
suicide
case,
justice
Sadhna
Jadhav
said-
"It
was
an
unfortunate
incident
that
a
young
girl
(Jiah)
has
committed
suicide.
She
must
have
been
impulsive
and
he
(Suraj)
cannot
be
held
solely
responsible
for
it."
The
Bombay
High
Court
have
also
mentioned
that
the
six
page
note
given
to
police
by
Jiah's
mother,
Rabia
Amin
Khan,
cannot
be
considered
as
Jiah
Khan's
suicide
note,
as
there
is
no
particular
name
mentioned
in
it.
Also,
the
note
does
not
have
any
specific
date.
The
court
also
said
that
Jiah
was
not
forced
to
be
in
a
relation
with
Suraj
Pancholi.
It
was
her
own
choice
and
the
fact
that
Jiah
Khan
had
suicidal
tendencies
can
not
be
ignored
completely.
Bollywood
actress
Jiah
Khan,
who
made
her
debut
with
Ram
Gopal
Varma's
Nishabd
opposite
superstar
Amitabh
Bachchan,
committed
suicide
on
3rd
June,
by
hanging
herself
in
her
Juhu
apartment.
