Jiah’s suicide: Suraj Pancholi refuses to take narco analysis test

The Mumbai Police has recently asked for a special permission from court to put actress Jiah Khan's ex-boyfriend Suraj Pancholi through a narco-analysis test. But Suraj's lawyer has said that his client will not go through this test at such a young age.

Suraj Pancholi, who is currently in jail for abetting Jiah Khan's suicide, was to undergo a narco analysis test. But, the Indian law has given the right to the accused to say no to such harsh test.

Talking about the narco test, Suraj's lawer told a leading daily, "We are not going to give our consent to it as Suraj is of tender age." Suraj Pancholi has filed an application in The Bombay High Court, after the session court dismissed his bail plea. The Bombay High Court will hear his plea on Monday, in connection to Jiah's suicide.
