We
have
been
giving
you
the
latest
updates
of
Dilip
Kumar's
condition
while
he
was
at
the
Leelavati
hospital
after
he
suffered
from
a
heart
attack.
We
are
now
happy
to
inform
you
that
the
veteran
actor
has
been
discharged
from
the
hospital
today,
September
26.
The
legendary
actor
was
admitted
on
September
15
when
he
complained
of
uneasiness.
He
was
moved
out
of
the
Intensive
Care
Unit
a
few
days
back
as
his
condition
had
improved.
Now
that
the
90-year-old
actor's
health
has
shown
stability,
he
has
returned
to
his
home
after
the
10-day-stay
at
the
hospital.
Kumar's
heart
condition
he
faced
recently
is
called
as
myocardial
infarction
and
we
are
also
aware
that
he
had
undergone
a
heart
surgery
14
years
ago.
"He
is
better
and
hence
it
was
decided
to
take
him
home," said
a
source
close
to
the
actor's
family.
Dilip
Kumar
was
once
crowned
as
the
Tragedy
King
of
Bollywood
for
playing
a
doomed
lover
on
screen
in
many
movies.
The
actor
was
even
honoured
with
the
Padma
Bhushan
in
1991
and
Dadasaheb
Phalke
Award
in
1994
for
his
outstanding
contribution
to
Indian
cinema.
While
he
was
still
at
the
hospital,
the
actor
made
sure
he
expressed
his
gratefulness
by
thanking
everyone
for
their
love
and
support
on
the
micro-blogging
site
Twitter.
We
even
saw
Big
B
visiting
the
actor
at
the
hospital.
Now
that
he
is
home,
we
presume
that
some
of
Bollywood's
biggies
may
visit
him.
We
will
surely
update
you
on
that.
We
wish
him
a
healthy
and
a
long
life
ahead.
