After
two
back-to-back
hits,
it
seems
Vidyut
Jamwal
has
been
accepted
as
the
new
action
hero
in
Bollywood.
He
says
any
genre
with
a
scope
for
action
would
interest
him.
He
unleashed
his
magic
on
the
big
screen
for
Hindi
movie
viewers
as
the
antagonist
in
John
Abraham-starrer
Force
and
now
he
has
impressed
them
as
action
hero
in
the
recently
released
Commando.
Talking
about
the
kind
of
projects
he
is
looking
forward
to,
Vidyut
told
IANS:
"Anything
that
will
have
challenge
in
terms
of
action,
I
will
do
it.
I
am
not
restricting
myself,
but
it
has
to
do
something
with
action."
Currently
shooting
for
Tigmanshu
Dhulia's
Bullet
Raja,
the
34-year-old
actor
said:
"I
would
love
to
do
action
comedy,
action
drama,
action
romance.
I
have
been
doing
action
from
the
age
of
three
and
I
want
to
continue
doing
that.
I
am
happy
being
typecast
as
action
hero."
A
national-level
gymnast
and
an
expert
in
Kalaripayattu
-
a
form
of
martial
arts
from
Kerala,
he
flexed
his
muscles
and
flaunted
his
martial
art
expertise
for
Commando
and
claims
his
kind
of
stunts
are
inimitable.
"Kind
of
action
that
I
do,
I
don't
think
anybody
else
is
doing
that
kind
of
action.
I
am
happy
doing
that
and
I
was
born
to
do
action," he
added.
Directed
by
Dilip
Ghosh,
Commando
was
described
as
an
out
and
out
Vidyut
film.
The
never
seen
before
action
scenes
received
positive
response
and
helped
the
film
garner
Rs.11.18
crore
at
the
box
office
in
the
opening
weekend.
"There
is
a
lot
of
happiness
now.
The
response
has
been
wonderful.
This
was
my
first
solo
and
I
tried
a
new
thing.
There
was
a
lot
of
excitement
and
now
there
is
a
lot
of
happiness," said
the
actor.
In
Commando,
that
came
out

he
was
