Bollywood actress Aishwarya Rai Bachchan is mother of a girl child but the gorgeous diva still looks as fit and elegant as before.

And now, Aishwarya reveals the secret of her fitness and you will be amused to know about Aishwarya's fitness trainer.

When asked about the secret of her fitness, Aishwarya said that her two and half year old daughter Aaradhya is her fitness trainer.

"Aaradhya is my fitness trainer. She keeps me on my toes," said Aishwarya.

Meanwhile, Aishwarya's husband Abhishek Bachchan candidly replied on the same question, "She doesn't train for fitness at all. She is God gifted."

Hmm...it seems Jr Bachchan is all gaga on his gorgeous wifey and why not when his wife is one of the world's most beautiful lady.
