Aishwarya Rai, Sushmita Sen To Share Big Screen Together?

Former beauty queens, Aishwarya Rai and Sushmita Sen may soon be seen together in the upcoming movie Happy Anniversary, directed by Prahlad Kakkad.

There were speculations of Aishwarya Rai to make a comeback into Bollywood after birth of her daughter Aaradhya and now the former Miss World has reportedly expressed interest to work with debutant director Prahlad Kakkad for the movie Happy Anniversary. As a matter of fact, Aishwarya may be seen opposite to her real life hubby Abhishek Bachchan in the movie.

On the other side, the director has reportedly asked former Miss Universe Sushmita Sen to play a supporting role in the same movie and according to sources, Sushmita also liked the offer very much. "If all goes well, we will have Sushmita and Aishwarya together in Happy Anniversary. It will be pleasure to work with them," said the director.

It is to mention, both the Bollywood beauty divas, Aishwarya and Sushmita were supposed to be big time rivals owing to the beauty contest dated back in 1994. The supposed rivalry started when confident Sushmita claimed the Miss India crown defeating blue-eyed Aishwarya and eventually won the Miss Universe title, while Aishwarya could claim the position of first runners-up and was declared Miss World.

However, a source asserted that the supposed rivalry has been resolved long back and both the actresses are now keen to do the film. Meanwhile, Kakkad informed that Aishwarya currently is going through the script, while the same will be given to Sushmita next week and both the actresses will revert back soon.

The movie Happy Anniversary is based on the anatomy of marriage and most of the film scenes will be shot in South Africa. Real life couple, Aishwarya and Abhishek will be seen in the same avatar in Happy Anniversary as well while, Sushmita's role in the film will be of a woman who gets trapped in a wrong marriage.

Well, it seems watching two most beautiful faces of India together will be highly delightful and if Kakkad truly comes up with a good story, Happy Anniversary might be good enough to bring happiness for us all.
