Akshay Kumar's 'Rowdy Rathore' Sequel Coming Soon

Akshay Kumar who did his Rowdy Rathore in 2012 after a lull in his movie releases, is coming out with the sequel of the same.

The same team Sanjay Leela Bhansali and Shabina Khan are producing the sequel as well. This sequel will see Akshay Kumar again in the main lead while still the female lead is yet to be decided.

The decision to go about with the sequel was taken last week. Sonakshi Sinha played the love interest in Rowdy Rathore.

"Bhansali will put Bajirao Mastani on floors in October and Rowdy Rathore 2 will roll by the mid of next year. The sequel was in the pipeline ever since the film entered the Rs 100 crore club", said a source.

Shabina Khan who designed his looks for Rowdy Rathore confirmed and said, "Yes, we are making Rowdy Rathore 2. We are in the process of locking the script."

Akshay Kumar and Sonakshi Sinha is one good pair which has good on-screen chemistry. Prabhu Deva will be directing the sequel as well!
