Deepika Padukone Says All Is Well With Priyanka Chopra

Actress Deepika Padukone and Priyanka Chopra will be seen together in the upcoming movie Bajirao Mastani, shooting for which has just begun.

While, Deepika will play the role of Mastani who happens to be the second wife of Bajirao played by Ranveer Singh, Priyanka Chopra will be seen as the first wife Kashi Bai.

Sanjay Leela Bhansali has been very excited about the project and shooting for the same has begun recently. On the other side, there were rumours that Happy New Year actress Deepika Padukone was not very happy regarding the length of role set for Priyanka in Bajirao Mastani.

However, Deepika Padukone clearly denied any such issues between her and Priyanka Chopra and claimed that she is very fond of PeeCee.
"There is absolutely no truth to this and I really request all of you also to not bring this up again after this because we are already working in a lovely environment where everyone is getting along with everybody," said Ram-Leela actress Deepika Padukone.

Deepika further added, "All three of us have been given the same narration, the same script. We're very well aware of what we're getting into before getting into this film. And I think we're all very comfortable working with each other. So let's not try and complicate things when there is no issue. She's someone I'm extremely fond of and I respect a lot and most importantly we know each other too well for any of this to affect that equation."
