Deepika, Priyanka To Match Steps In Bajirao Mastani

Actress Deepika Padukone and Priyanka Chopra will showcase their dancing talent in Sanjay Leela Bhansali's magnum opus Bajirao Mastani. Deepika is playing the role of Mastani, ladylove of the Maratha General Bajirao. While, Priyanka will play the role of Bajirao's wife Kashibai.

This will be second time when filmmaker Bhansali will make the leading ladies of his film confront each other. Years ago, he brought Chandramukhi and Paro face to face in Devdas. However, the two characters based on Sharatchandra Chatterjee's novel never meet each other.

Actor Ranveer Singh is playing the role of Maratha General Bajirao in the film. The actor will be working with the both the actresses for the second time.

Film will go on floors by the end of 2014 and the movie will hit theatres in 2015.
