Detective Byomkesh Bakshy Teaser Trailer Out: Impressive

Yash Raj Film's Detective Byomkesh Bakshy teaser trailer is out. From the first look of the teaser one will get to know that this film will hit the right chord.

Directed by Dibakar Banerjee, Detective Byomkesh Bakshy teaser trailer looks impressive. Sushant Singh Rajput plays the lead role.

With the background music that looks familiar but thrilling, one will get to see in the teaser about the warring Calcutta in 1943 where the radio news is about the blasts.

The glimpse of an unidentified woman in the teaser leaves us all in mystery. While Sushant Singh's character is fresh out of college and tries to brings back peace, this is his first full time adventure film.

He has undergone complete makeover for this film and he has worked hard for it. Rumours suggest that the film bears resemblance to the popular detective Sherlock Holmes instead of one authored by Sharadindu Bandyopadhyay.

Dibakar rubbishes the rumour and says, ""My film is an answer to Sherlock Holmes, and is not based on him. It is an original and is a desi jawab (answer) to Sherlock Holmes in desi language. Byomkesh Bakshi remains the first and the most famous detective in India, and this is the first time that he will be seen on the big screen."
