Finding Fanny is our with yet another song and keep the film's quirky cast in the mind, the video and lyrics of this new number too is as quirky as can be. The new song, 'Shake Your Bootiya' is fun, crazy and quirky.
The number features the entire cast of the film: Arjun Kapoor, Deepika Padukone, Naseeruddin Shah, Dimple Kapadia and Pankaj Kapur. 'Shake Your Bootiya' is Sachin-Jigar signature style, be it the lyrics or the composition. The song is sung by Divya Kumar and I must say she has done a damn good job in the song.
The entire album of Finding Fanny has been composed by Mathias Duplessy but this quirly number is composed by Sachin-Jigar.
The song starts of with Deepika Padukone lazily looking at a wooden house toy and a tag line run 'Once Upon A Fanny'. And once she opens, the whacky small people who represent the cast of the movie pop up and start dancing. The lyrics go something like this, adi witty witty hai Haaye re meri faniya/Badi meethi meethi hai O haaye re meri faniya.
And baam comes the punch line, 'Shake Your Bootiya On The Floor' and we see all the miniatures shaking their booty to the song. Watch this quirky number and I am sure it'll brighten up your day.
