GiMA 2014: Best Music Arranger Goes To Badtameez Dil From Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani

The GiMA 2014 Best Music Arranger & Programmer was bagged by Hyacinth D'Souza: Batameez Dil (Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani). The Global Indian Music Awards 2014, popularly known as GiMA, is all set to honour the best Bollywood music. It has been just three years since the GiMA Awards made its debut and today it is the most definitive platform that honours talent in Indian music.

The Global Indian Music Awards 2014 stage is all set for the big night and celebs have begun to pour in from all corners. The event is held at National Sports Club of India Stadium in Mumbai. Witty, spontaneous and jovial Ranveer Singh is hosting the event. Ranveer Singh and Anil Kapoor set the stage on fire by performing for a song 'Ram Lakhan'.


Coming to the GiMA 2014 Best Music Arranger & Programmer category the nominations were:

DJ Phukan: Sun Raha Hai Na Tu (Aashiqui 2)
Honey Singh: Lungi Dance (Chennai Express)
Shail Hada: Ram Chahee Leela Chaahe (Goliyon Ki Raasleela Ram-Leela)
Hyacinth D'Souza: Batameez Dil (Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani)
Gopi Sundar: 1234 Get On The Dance Floor (Chennai Express)

Finally, the GiMA 2014 Best Music Arranger & Programmer was bagged by Hyacinth D'Souza for Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani, which starred Deepika Padukone and Ranbir Kapoor in the lead role along with Aditya Roy Kapur and Kalki Koechlin. The film was directed by Ayan Mukerji and produced by Karan Johar.

'Badtameez Dil' sung by Benny Dayal and Shefali Alvares, was well received by audience owing to the music composed by Pritam, and wonderful dance by Ranbir Kapoor. And of course the credit goes to Music Arranger & Programmer - Hyacinth D'Souza.
