Bollywood
movie
Total
Siyapaa
has
already
been
struggling
at
the
Box
Office
and
now
a
Hindu
right
wing
organisation
has
demanded
a
ban
on
the
film
for
its
alleged
'anti-national'
content.
Hindu
Janajagruti
Samiti
(HJS)
has
claimed
that
the
movie
Total
Siyapaa
has
certain
dialogues
which
are
"anti-national
and
in
glorification
of
Pakistan".
The
organisation
has
also
forwarded
a
representation
to
the
Central
Board
of
Film
Certification
with
the
demand
to
cancel
the
film's
certificate
and
put
a
ban
on
public
viewing.
HJS
Convenor,
Manoj
Solanki
says,
"Thousands
of
Indian
citizens
were
killed
due
to
Pakistan-sponsored
terror
activities
but
the
film
glorifies
Pakistan.
It
is
an
anti-national
movie
and
the
government
should
immediately
put
a
ban
on
it."
The
movie
Total
Siyapaa
directed
by
E
Niwas
stars
Pakistan
based
singer
turned
actor
Ali
Zafar
and
actress
Yami
Gautam.
The
film
which
has
released
on
March
7
is
based
on
a
story
of
a
Pakistani
boy
settled
in
London
and
his
love
affair
with
an
Indian
girl.
It
has
been
learnt
that
members
of
HJS
have
also
been
holding
meetings
with
theatre
owners
in
the
state
and
have
been
requesting
them
not
to
screen
the
movie
in
Goa.
Now,
having
released
simultaneously
with
Madhuri-Juhi
starrer
Gulaab
Gang
and
Kangana
Ranaut's
Queen,
Total
Siyapaa
is
already
finding
it
hard
to
compete
in
the
race
of
Box
Office
revenue.
And
with
HJS
coming
up
with
the
demand
of
banning
the
movie,
makers
of
Total
Siyapaa
must
be
having
sleepless
nights.
Here's
a
slide-show
to
have
a
glance
on
the
movie.
