Following
the
rendering
of
her
melodious
voice
to
the
'Hungama'
number
in
the
Kangna
Ranaut-starrer
movie
Queen
that
went
on
to
become
a
smashing
hit,
Asha
Bhosle
is
now
all
set
to
croon
once
again
for
another
of
Kangna's
upcoming
films
-
Revolver
Rani.
Slated
to
release
on
April
25,
Revolver
Rani
encompasses
a
song
called
'Kaafi
Nahi
Chand'
which
is
a
far
cry
to
the
groovy
retro
dance
number
'Hungama
Ho
Gaya'
in
Queen.
While
'Hungama'
was
a
remix
version
of
the
original
chartbuster
track
of
the
same
name
from
the
1973
flick
Anhonee,
the
'Kaafi'
song
is
a
romantic
number
which
is
all
about
yearning
to
be
unified
with
one's
paramour.
Many
old-timers
still
reminisce
many
of
the
evergreen
melodies
that
the
ace
singer
rendered
in
the
august
company
of
the
legendary
R
D
Burman.
And
they
are
of
the
firm
opinion
that
Asha's
latest
upcoming
number
is
one
that
can
be
clubbed
alongside
those
lilting
epic
tracks
of
yore.
According
to
a
well-known
acquaintance
of
the
singer,
the
emerging
star
Kangna,
who
is
almost
50
years
younger
to
the
senior
singer,
should
consider
herself
extremely
fortunate
to
have
such
a
household
name
in
the
music
industry
lending
her
sweet
voice
for
the
movie's
songs.
In
her
previous
movie
Rajjo
that
released
last
November,
Kangna
paid
glowing
tributes
to
Asha
with
some
'mujra'
numbers,
despite
the
reputed
singer
not
featuring
in
the
track.
We
are
eagerly
waiting
to
see
the
post
'Hungama'
effect
which
our
Revolver
Rani
Kangna
can
have
on
the
silver
screen
when
the
'Kaafi...'
number
rendered
by
Ashaji
comes
up.
