Kareena Kapoor, known for her fit and perfect body shape owes it to exercise and a healthy lifestyle that includes sipping one or several cups of green tea a day!

Kareena Kapoor is now the brand ambassador of Green Tea while Saif is brand ambassador of Tata Tea. In a recent chat, Kareena revealed that while Saif Ali Khan prepares Tata Tea for himself, Kareena prefers to have green tea. What's more, she even shared this health tip with dabangg star Salman Khan who now drinks only Green tea.

Bebo further revealed that everyone in Saif's home drinks green tea and that is why everyone is so healthy.

Kareena Kapoor, who became a vegetarian while she was dating Shahid Kapoor has maintained it ever since. The actress firmly believes that the secret behind her ever fresh and glowing skin is her vegetarian diet. By avoiding meat, Kareena was easily able to keep away from getting fat.

If you want to have a fit body like Kareena, in additional to consuming as many cups of green tea as possible, eating lots of fruits and green vegetables and drinking 6-8 glasses of water a day, here are some diet tips followed by Bebo....

Breakfast: Upma or parathas (without oil), muesli and idlis. Apart from that, Bebo snacks on a brown bread sandwich in between.

Lunch: Roti, dal and vegetables ensuring the right and balanced amounts of carbs and proteins.

Dinner: At night she usually has dal, vegetables, and curd with roti or brown rice. She supplements her diet with lots of salads and fresh fruit juices.
