Karisma Kapoor's Estranged Hubby Seeks Custody Of Kids!

Bollywood actress Karisma Kapoor and her husband Sanjay Kapur have been staying separately owing to their trouble-some married life and now the estranged hubby wants to have custody of their two children.

Sanjay Kapur has filed a petition for the custody of his two kids with Karisma Kapoor, however Karisma is ready to fight the case in Court.

It was earlier reported that the businessman hubby Sanjay Kapur filed a case seeking custody of their nine-years-old daughter Samaira but now, Sanjay wants custody of their four-years-old son Kiaan as well. On the other side, Karisma is in no mood to hand over the kids' custody to Sanjay and is ready to fight for her kids custody.

It has been learnt that Karisma did not allow Sanjay to meet the kids and thus, Sanjay has filed a custody seeking petition.

Meanwhile, a source revealed that Karisma who is already living separately from her husband is now eying to have official divorce as there is no sigh of any improvement in their relationship.

Karisma and Sanjay tied marriage knot on September 29, 2003 and have two children. However, with differences between the two getting worse, Karisma left her husband soon after the birth of their son.
