Konkana Sen Sharma To Don The Director's Hat Soon

Actress Konkana Sen Sharma will direct a film soon. As per reports, the actress said that she is currently busy writing a script.

Konkana Sen Sharma was quoted saying, "I was busy doing a Bengali film. I also did couple of Hindi films and I will be doing Meghna Gulzar's next. I was busy with my little toddler and I am also writing a script."

The actress was last seen in the film Ek Thi Daayan in which she was paired opposite actor Emraan Hashmi. Konkana further said that if all goes well then she will soon start shooting for her first film as a director.

Konkana Sen Sharma is a National Award winning actress who was appreciated for her roles in the films like Mr. & Mrs.Iyer, Wake Up Sid and Page 3.

Daughter of veteran actress Aparna Sen, Konkana grabbed the limelight with her role in the movie Page 3. Konkana won her first National Award for the film Mr. & Mrs. Iyer which was released in the year 2002.
