Kunal Kapoor Gets Engaged To Naina Bachchan

Kunal Kapoor, the last eligible bachelor standing, is also taken away , that too by a member of prestigious Bachchan family. Kunal is engaged to Amitabh Bachchan's niece Naina Bachchan who also has been his long time sweetheart. In a private ceremony which is attended only by close relatives and friends, the couple got engaged.

Naina, a former investment banker, is the third daughter of Amitabh's brother Ajitabh and Ramol Bachchan. Kunal and Naina have been dating for almost two years. Naina worked in London as an investment banker but has shifted her base to Delhi to pursue her interest in theatre. It is reported that Naina and Kunal met at a theatre workshop in Delhi and both eventually became good friends.

Later on, when Kunal was shooting in London for Anurag Kashyap's Luv Shuv Tey Chicken Khurana, Naina started to drop in his hotel almost daily. Then later on, the paparazzi media got the snaps of Kunal Kapoor celebrating Diwali with the Bachchans at their Bangalow.

About the engagement, Kunal Kapoor said to leading daily, "Naina and I are together, and very happy, and we intend to keep it that way."
