Lata
Mangeshkar,
the
legendary
singer
who
was
rumoured
to
have
had
heart
attack
rubbished
it
by
clarifying
on
social
media
network
Twitter.
She
said,
she
was
absolutely
fine.
The
singer
tweeted,
"Namaskar.
Meri
tabiyat
ke
baare
mein
afwaayein
phail
rahi
hai.
Par
aap
sab
ka
pyar
aur
duaaien
hain
ke
meri
tabiyat
bilkul
thik
hai."
The
rumours
started
rolling
out
yesterday
suddenly
that
Lataji
suffered
a
heart
attack.
The
death
news
of
Baby
Nanda
had
already
sent
a
shockwave
in
Bollywood
while
this
surfaced
up.
Everybody
started
making
enquiries
about
the
singer's
health.
Lata
Mangeshkar
is
84
years
old
and
she
fell
prey
to
this
kind
of
rumour
even
earlier
in
December
2013.
Many
actors
also
took
to
Twitter
to
reassure
Lataji's
fans
that
everything
was
well.
"As
a
family
friend
all
I
can
say
is
that
mangeshkar
didi
is
hale,
hearty,
in
great
spirits
n
laughing
off
rumours," said
Smitha
Irani
popular
television
star
and
a
politician.
She
tweeted
,
"@mangeshkarlata
didi

family
hv
spent
d
better
half
of
dis
evening
assuring
fans
n
supporters
dat
she
is
well."
Madhur
Bandharkar
tweeted,
"Just
spoke
to
@mangeshkarlata.
Lata
Didi
is
hale
and
hearty.
So
please
stop
spreading
baseless
rumors."
These
baseless
rumours
which
spread
like
wildfire
in
film
industry
maybe
interesting
for
some
people
while
it
affects
very
badly
the
concerned
person.
