Meera Chopra Keen To Play Negative Roles!

Fresh face into Bollywood, Meera Chopra who considers herself very close to her cousin Priyanka Chopra, is very keen to play any negative role alike Priyanka in Aitraaz or 7 Khoon Maaf.

"I would love to do that. I always wanted to do grey roles because I find these negative roles very interesting," said Meera Chopra.
Meera who has been a popular name in Tamil movies is now all set to debut in Bollywood with her upcoming movies Gang Of Ghosts directed by Satish Kaushik and 1920 London by Vikram Bhatt.

According to Meera, everyone has a negative side which otherwise does not come out. "Every person has a grey side to their personality. It's exciting to experience that part. If I get a chance to play such roles, I will sign that without a second thought," asserted Meera also popularly known as Nila.

There have been talks like Meera being Priyanka Chopra's sister, the former might enjoy some advantages in fetching good films. However, Meera clearly rejected the theory terming the film industry as very professional. "Hindi film industry is very professional. Film-makers don't consider your surname and they won't cast you just because of your name. Chopra surname never helped me getting films and only the right persons get the right roles," opined Meera.
